SMARTFLEX
COMPLETE MULTILAYER PIPES AND ELECTROFUSION FITTING SYSTEM FOR THE TRANSPORT OF OIL, HYDROCARBONS AND GAS
The key materials employed in the production of SMARTFLEX is high-density polyethylene HDPE – PE100 – a material with high durability and working benefits to the user. Moreover, HDPE can be a more cost-effective solution than more traditional materials such as metal.
All SMARTFLEX primary piping consists of a multi-layer composite wall lined product pipe that combines the excellent mechanical properties of HDPE with the low permeability and high resistance to hydro-carbons of a new class of polymers used in the lining material and creates a level of hydro-carbon compatibility unattainable by other fuel pipes available on the market today.
SMART CONDUIT

SmartCONDUIT is a piping system designed to contain electrical and communication cables in high groundwater or hydrocarbon-rich environments.

SMARTlpg is the product range developed by NUPI Industrie Italiane S.p.A. for the conveyance of LPG.
It is a thermoplastic piping system reinforced with Polyester fibres. It is non hydroscopic, biocompatible and 100% recyclable.
The quality of the materials used and the stringent quality controls guarantee its reliability for more than 50 years and ensure a product warranty of 25 years.
The SMARTlpg system is used in underground installations for the conveyance of automotive LPG from tank to dispenser.
